Our Mission

AI should not require sending your data to someone else's computer. Naviorx exists to make powerful AI tools that run entirely on your hardware — no cloud dependency, no data collection, no surveillance. We believe privacy is not a feature to be added later; it is the foundation of how software should be built.

What We Build

Naviorx is a unified ecosystem of five professional desktop AI tools: Capsule (local inference runtime), Harbor (model downloader and manager), Workshop (model engineering and packaging), Motion (AI video generation), and AI Captioner (image prompt reconstruction). Each tool is designed to work independently or as part of a complete pipeline, all running locally on Windows and macOS.

Privacy by architecture

Every design decision starts from the principle that user data stays on the user's device.

Performance is local-first

No roundtrips to cloud servers. Inference and generation happen at hardware speed.

Open source

All Naviorx components are open source. Audit the code, modify it, contribute back.

Engineering over abstraction

We expose real control — CLI flags, config files, programmatic APIs — not simplified wizards that hide the machinery.
