Naviorx is a local-first AI software system. Privacy is not a feature — it is the foundation of how the Software is built. This policy describes the limited data interactions that may occur and confirms what the Software does not do.

2. No Automatic Data Collection

Naviorx Software does not automatically collect, transmit, or store any data whatsoever. Specifically, the Software does not collect:

• —Usage patterns, inference frequency, or which models you select
• —Hardware information, operating system details, device identifiers, or system configuration data
• —Personal information, account details, email addresses, IP addresses, or geolocation data

3. No Telemetry or Analytics

The Software contains no telemetry, no crash reporting, no usage analytics, and no diagnostic data collection of any kind. No data is sent to Naviorx or any third-party analytics service. No background network activity of any kind is initiated by the Software.

4. Network Activity

The Software initiates network connections only in the following circumstances, and only at the explicit direction of the user:

• —Downloading AI models from public repositories when the user initiates a download
• —Checking for software updates when the user explicitly requests an update check

All network activity is user-initiated. The Software establishes no background connections, sends no telemetry, and performs no automatic data transmission of any kind.

5. Voluntary User-Submitted Data

The only data Naviorx may receive is information you voluntarily and explicitly choose to submit through the following channels:

• —In-app feedback form — if you choose to submit feedback about your experience
• —Bug report form — if you choose to report a software issue
• —Update request action — if you choose to manually request a software update check

All of these actions are entirely user-initiated. Naviorx never prompts, nudges, or requires you to submit any data to use the Software. The Software is fully functional with no data submission of any kind.

6. Local Data Storage

All data processed by the Software remains on your local device. Downloaded AI models are stored in a local cache directory managed by the Software. Generated content, inference outputs, configuration files, and all other data are stored in directories you specify on your local filesystem. You have full control over all locally stored data and may inspect, modify, or delete it at any time.

7. No Tracking

The Naviorx website uses only essential first-party cookies or local storage to remember your language and locale preferences. No third-party cookies, advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies are deployed. The Software itself is a native desktop application and does not use browser cookies or any tracking mechanisms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Software may interact with third-party services at your direction — for example, downloading models from public model repositories. These interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those third-party services. Naviorx does not intermediate, proxy, or log these connections. You are responsible for reviewing the privacy practices of any third-party services you choose to interact with.

9. Children's Privacy

The Software is a professional tool intended for developers, researchers, and content creators. It is not directed at, designed for, or marketed to children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Naviorx does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
